Bond assessment
Bond Fifth Assessment papers were produced in response to market demand. This new edition brings them fully up-to-date with developments in the curriculum, while maintaining the careful structure and grading that teachers have come to trust.
Although the book could have done with a few exercises, I would say it is still good value for money. For example, if a loan is financing the construction of a sewage system, the homeowners and businesses connected to the sewer system pay a special tax levied that goes to repay the bonds. The interest from special assessment bonds are tax-free to resident bondholders. These are usually not General Obligation Bonds and the full faith and credit of the municipality is generally not behind them.
