High interest bonds
If you are willing to lock money away for a certain period, usually between six months and 5 years, you can benefit from high interest loans. High interest bonds generally do not grant access is to the concept of passing, but allowing some banks and building societies immediate access to the account for a penalty. The value of your investment and the amount of any income can fall as well as rise and are not guaranteed and may not reflect the amount of your initial investment. Partial withdrawals from your account before the end of the contract are not allowed.
Premature closure will create a penalty rate - see the management of your account page, or the terms and conditions.
